I'm looking for

No cameras · Nothing to wear

Help Mom stay in her own home, on her own terms.

Wren's small sensors quietly learn her daily routine. If she falls or something seems off, you and your family get an alert right away.

  • No camera, no video. It never sees her.
  • Nothing to wear, charge or remember.
  • Alerts go straight to your phone, and your siblings'.
Send this page to Mom →

$99 for the sensors, then $29/month. Her call: if she isn't comfortable within 30 days, send it back for a full refund.

The difference

Wren sends you one line,
not a video of her bedroom.

Here is the difference in what reaches your phone.

● What Wren sends you

“Mom's day looks normal.”

Radar senses movement and stillness, never images. Most days, that one line is all you see.

The day you hope never comes · sent to everyone in the family

What a camera would send you

Her, in her bedroom, at 6:58 AM.

Video of her most private moments, stored on a server, one leak away from strangers.

Her routine stays private, and she stays in charge of it.

Built on Halden Sensing

Already at work

Halden's radar sensing is already used in homes and care settings around the world. Wren is its first product made for families.

Illustrative
“We'd argued about a camera for a year. This was the first thing Mom actually said yes to.”
— Linda, 54, Toronto
Illustrative
“I chose where they go. My daughter still calls. Now we talk about the garden.”
— Joan, 81, her mother

Sample quotes. At launch, these are replaced with words from early-access families, with their permission.

How it works

Set up together, in the rooms she chooses.

1

She picks the rooms

Small sensors go only in the rooms she chooses, and nowhere else.

Her decision
2

Wren learns her rhythm

Over the first week, Wren learns what a normal day looks like for her.

Nothing for her to do
3

You'll know right away

If she falls or something seems off, everyone you add gets an alert on their phone.

Only when it matters

The Her Call guarantee

Her home.
Her call.

We don't want Wren in anyone's home who doesn't want it there. She gets 30 days to live with it. If she isn't comfortable, send it back for a full refund.

  • 30 days, starting the day it's set up
  • Full refund, return covered.
  • Not ready yet? We'll hold shipping until she is.

Talk to her first

The conversation is easier when she can read it herself.

We wrote a page for her, not for you: in large type, about her home and her choices. Send it, and she can tell you she's open to trying it with one tap.

Wren is not a camera. It can't see you. If you ever need help, your family knows right away.

What families ask us most

The worries families raise most.

“She'll feel like she's being watched.”

That's why there's no camera. Wren senses movement, not faces. It never records what she looks like or what she's doing.

“She'll say it's taking her independence.”

Wren is meant to help her stay in her own home, with nothing to wear or press. She decides the rooms, and she can send it back.

“Will we stop calling each other?”

We hope not. Wren is there for the day something goes wrong; the calls are still yours. Send her her page and talk it through together.

Questions

Does Wren record video?

No. Wren uses radar, which senses movement and presence. It never captures an image of her.

What does the family see?

A calm view of her day, and an alert if something seems off.

What happens if she falls?

You and everyone you add get an alert on your phones, even if she can't reach hers. She doesn't need a phone at all.

What if she falls and it misses?

It only covers rooms with a sensor, so start with where falls are most likely: bedroom, bathroom, living room. Before launch we'll share how often it catches a fall and how often it false-alarms, from Halden's care settings.

Who sets it up?

You can set it up together, or we'll walk her through it by phone.

What if she says no?

Then it comes back for a full refund. Start by sending her the page we wrote for her.

What if she changes her mind after 30 days?

You can cancel the monthly plan anytime.

Call because you miss her, not because you're worried.

30 days. Her call.
